Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel/residence by our professional driver-guide.

Depart Nairobi and travel south towards Amboseli, passing through the changing landscapes of the Kenyan countryside. Enjoy views of rural communities, acacia-dotted plains and the spectacular scenery of southern Kenya as you approach the park.

Upon arrival in Amboseli, proceed to your lodge/camp for check-in and lunch.

After some time to relax, head out for your first game drive in Amboseli National Park.

AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE

Explore the open savannah plains in search of Amboseli’s famous wildlife. The park is particularly renowned for its large elephant herds, while other wildlife commonly encountered includes lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos and numerous bird species.

Your guide will take you through different areas of the park, with opportunities to photograph wildlife against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

As the afternoon progresses, enjoy the beautiful changing colours of the Amboseli landscape before exiting the park and returning to your lodge/camp.

Enjoy dinner and relax under the African night sky.

Wake up early and prepare for a full day of adventure in Amboseli.

After breakfast, depart with your packed picnic lunch for an extended game drive across the park.

MORNING GAME DRIVE

Begin your exploration during the early morning hours when the light is ideal for photography and wildlife is active.

Explore the Amboseli plains and wetlands in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos and other wildlife.

On clear mornings, enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, whose snow-capped summit provides one of the most iconic backdrops in African safari photography.

OBSERVATION HILL

Continue to Observation Hill, one of the park’s key attractions. From the viewpoint, enjoy panoramic views across the Amboseli ecosystem and the surrounding landscape.

This is also a wonderful opportunity to take photographs and appreciate the scale and beauty of the park.

PICNIC LUNCH IN THE PARK

Around midday, stop at a designated picnic area and enjoy your packed lunch surrounded by the beautiful Amboseli landscape.

Take some time to relax before continuing your exploration.

AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE

After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive through different sections of the park.

Your guide will continue searching for wildlife while sharing insights into the animals, landscapes and ecosystem of Amboseli.

Depending on wildlife movement and weather conditions, the afternoon drive may also provide another opportunity for spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Later, exit the park and return to your lodge/camp for dinner and an evening of relaxation.

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast at your lodge/camp.

Check out and set off for a final morning game drive as you make your way out of the Amboseli ecosystem.

MORNING GAME DRIVE

Use the final opportunity to explore the park and search for wildlife in the early morning hours.

The morning drive offers another chance to encounter elephants and other wildlife while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the Amboseli plains.

Where weather conditions permit, enjoy a final glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro before bidding farewell to the park.

After the game drive, proceed towards Nairobi.

Travel through the Kenyan countryside, with a stop along the way for lunch depending on the agreed schedule.

Continue to Nairobi and arrive in the afternoon/evening, marking the end of your memorable Amboseli safari.
